Mini Kiwi Tartlets

Ingredients (makes 4 tartlets):

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 yellow Kikokà kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 teaspoons cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly score a smaller square inside each one to create a border.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and puffed. Let cool.
  5. Gently press down the center of each tartlet and spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese or mascarpone.
  6. Top with kiwi slices and drizzle with honey.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

These tartlets are fresh, flaky, and ready in 20 minutes.
