Ingredients (makes 4 tartlets):
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 yellow Kikokà kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 teaspoons cream cheese or mascarpone
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly score a smaller square inside each one to create a border.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and puffed. Let cool.
- Gently press down the center of each tartlet and spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese or mascarpone.
- Top with kiwi slices and drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
These tartlets are fresh, flaky, and ready in 20 minutes.
