Toast with Kiwi, Ricotta and Honey

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 slice of whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons of ricotta
  • 1 yellow Kikokà kiwi, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Chia or sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Toast the bread and spread the ricotta on top.
  2. Arrange the kiwi slices, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with seeds.

Rich in protein, energy, and vitamin C to start the day strong.
